\tLehet-e úgy vállalatot, szervezetet vezetni, hogy ez a folyamat ne sajátítsa ki teljesen az ember életét, idegrendszerét, ne betegítse meg, és ne tegye tönkre sokféle szempontból? El lehet-e kerülni azt, hogy a cégvezető otthoni, családjával töltött szabad pillanataiban ne folyton a vállalat apró-cseprő gondjain rágódjon, hogy szabadideje valóban szabad legyen sőt – horribile dictu – még szabadságra is elutazhasson anélkül, hogy bűntudata legyen, s úgy érezze: valami baj lesz, nem fognak működni a dolgok, ha nincs folyton ott, s nem irányítja személyesen a legapróbb részleteket is?</div><p>\n
\tA válasz erre egyértelműen igen – állítja Kerekes László egyetemi tanár, cégvezető szakember, az EME alelnöke, aki szombaton, január 12-én tart erről előadást az EME kolozsvári, Jókai (Napoca) utca 2. szám alatti székházában.</p><p>\n
\tAzt állítja: léteznek olyan nemzetközileg, a szakma által ismert és használt módszerek, amelyek alkalmazásával a cégek, vállalatok, szervezetek vezetése hatékony, biztonságos, gördülékeny s mindez anélkül, hogy az ember életét, idejének teljes egészét követelné és tönkretenné egészségét, emberi-családi kapcsolatait. El lehet kerülni azt, hogy teljes lényünket, minden gondolatunkat a vállalkozás mikromenedzselése töltse ki.</p><p>\n
\tAz előadás során ezeket az alapelveket fogja ismertetni a résztvevőkkel. Az előadó egyébként már 1998 óta tanítja sikeresen az említett módszereket cégvezetőknek, szakemberként részt vesz olyan programokban, amelyek ezeknek a paradigmáknak a hazai gyakorlatba ültetését tanítják, a módszereket a különböző cégeknél bevezetik, hatékonyan alkalmazzák és ellenőrzik.</p><p>\n
